Clean, hip new hotel with peaceful and perfect location in the center. Great value for money rooms with the balcony, and exceptional service. Easy check-in, parking nearby. The pool area was clean too. Location not far from the restaurant, many bars and restaurants and the bridge.

Celebrated New Year here and it was an amazing experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful, providing us with a delicious variety of breakfast options. The outdoor pool was clean and refreshing and the location was perfect. We were within walking distance of many nearby attractions and restaurants. One of the best things was the breathtaking view from the windows.
The room we had was a bit too small for the price we paid. The bathroom was in need of some updates and repairs, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is located near famous historic landmarks and restaurants. A variety of rooms are available, including some with direct pool access. the staff is friendly and helpful.
The location map was misleading, as the hotel is not on the riverfront. Maintenance requests took several days to be resolved.

I had a long journey to get to Royal Nine, so it was a relief to arrive at a clean and well-maintained hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room itself was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony where I could relax and take in the surroundings. While the breakfast options were limited, there were plenty of good food options nearby for other meals. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and the historic sites that I wanted to visit. Despite the noise from the school opposite, I found that as long as I was up by 7:30am, it didn't affect my stay too much. I had a pleasant experience at Royal Nine and would recommend it to others.

This hotel provides good service and friendly staff in a central location with nearby amenities such as restaurants, a 7 Eleven, and motorbike rentals. the rooms are nicely furnished and the pool is a nice feature. Some rooms even have direct access to the pool. Guests appreciate the cozy and clean atmosphere of the guesthouse.
One negative aspect is the smell in the reception area, possibly due to dogs, and the likelihood of dog poop in the area.
